Crystal Birds is a series of novels written by Lene Kaaberbøl. It consists of four books and was originally published in Denmark in 2003^[1]. To date, there is no official English translation for this series.

3. The Shadow of the Owl (Uglens Skygge)
4. The Golden Phoenix (Den Gyldne Føniks)

In 2019, Danish publisher Alvilda republished the series, collecting two books per volume^[2].

• Rozbita Kula (Polish) = "Broken Orb"
• Globul Sfărâmat (Romanian) = "Shattered Globe"
• Střepy času (Czech) = "Shards of time"
• Ajan verkko (Finnish) = "The Web of Time"
• Счупената сфера (Bulgarian) = "The Broken Sphere"

Each bird represents a strength:

• The falcon = bravery
• The eagle = strength
• Owl = wisdom
• Phoenix = love
