Krish Sharma is an American audio mixing engineer, producer and the current CEO of BYG Music. Sharma has worked on both theatrical films and music albums. Sharma also mixed 6 songs on the soundtrack album Music From and Inspired By W.I.T.C.H., all of which had Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil as songwriters.
Biography
Sharma has worked as a music producer, engineer and mixer since 1995 working on numerous Disney soundtracks including Ice Princess, Herbie Fully Loaded and Dinseymania Volume 3 (all 2005). Sharma is also notable for his work on numerous Rolling Stones albums, winning a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Blues Album for his engineering work on the Stones' 2016 album Blue & Lonesome. Sharma also won the 2010 Grammy for Best Musical Album for Children for his work on Ziggy Marley's 2009 album Family Time.[1][2] In film, Sharma mixed the score for The Art of Getting By (2011) and was a remix engineer on The Jackal (1997).[3] In April 2016, he founded and was appointed as the CEO of BYG Music which serves as a music label and marketing platform.[4]
